This fully mechanical injector pump has a scratch made billet body that offers the following benefits.

• More rigid design offering performance and precision advantages when using larger fuel plungers.
• Replaceable front mounting flange to allow for replacement in case of accidental damage (broken lugs is a common issue on the regular cast bodies)
• Repeatable production, this allows DieselPumpUK to build perfectly repeatable injector pumps without the concern of starting with a 30-40 year old core.
• Fuel gallery female fitting to install fuel pressure gauge and allow accurate measurement of the fuel pressure directly at the point of entry into the plungers.
• Increased fuel volume and flow into the barrel feed area

These one of a kind injection pumps come fitted with our 8.5mm elements and billet anti-jerk kit.
